SCAMMER WARNING Fabio Massimo Cantelli

There is a scam artist by the name of Fabio Massimo Cantelli running www.kitesurfingvillage.com, who is going around contracting work to unsuspecting SEO experts. He appears under the guise of a very committed and reliable client, but once you have done work for him, he disappears with a promise that he will pay you but he never does.
This is my experience with this cheater. I have been trying to recoup money that he owes me from a couple of months. It has been a difficult journey and still no sign or news from him. I just want this notice to serve as a warning to others who might wish to do business with Mr. Fabio Massimo Cantelli his contact (Tel. +39 393 5588777) Italy
My name is Saqib Nadeem, and I am a reputable SEO expert who was contracted by Mr. Fabio to work on the following websites in June, 2017:
Keywords : noleggio droni , noleggio phantom 4 , phantom 4
After we had discussed the projects including payment, I began work. I didn’t think that Fabio would disappear without paying the amount we agreed on. He appeared genuine enough. However, Mr. Fabio Massimo Cantelli disappeared without paying the agreed upon money. The amount that is pending from a couple of months is as follows:
1 Keyword on Top-1 = 135$
1 Keyword on Top-2 = 135$
Total Payment = 270$
I have been back and forth trying to find ways to get in touch with this scam artist but to no avail. A few days I try to reach, Mr. Fabio on WhatsApp but after reading my message he doesn’t response me. His last message was, ‘I made it very clear.
But as you can see today is 27th December he yet not pay me even not response me anywhere. I hope that by highlighting this transaction and the scam artist that Fabio Massimo Cantelli is, I can prevent other people from getting scammed by this cheater.
I hope that many others who have been scammed by him will come forward, and together we will find a way to track him down and ensure that justice is served. It is people like him who make working online difficult for honest people like you and me who are only trying to supplement our incomes by working online.
Scammers like Mr. Fabio should not be allowed to go scot-free with hundreds of dollars that people have worked for.
I hope that someone will be helped by this warning.
